This is a project I started last year. During the creation, I have been thinking about how humans construct beliefs and how beliefs influence our cognition. This set of works does not depict any existing religious ceremony but creates a completely new and fictional mythological system. I envisioned a non-existent civilization and crafted scenes with a sense of religious ritual for them, but these creatures are vague and not fully revealed. They whisper like ghosts, with electronic synthesis and ’Ereškigal, Rise From Your Throne‘ as the sound effects, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in this ritual.
